International Locations: Currently we do not deliver to locations outside India
We ship products across all states and union territories in India. Shipping charges are calculated based on the state or union territory of the delivery address and the total weight of the products in your order. Please refer to the attached shipping charges table for detailed information.
The shipping charges can be modified by Fresh N Fine at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.
Every once in a while, Fresh N Fine brings out various offers in an attempt to satisfy customers. Various offers could be introduced for a limited span of time that enable free shipping of goods, subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions attached to the offer.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Fresh N Fine ensures to provide a delightful customer experience by delivering the products as per the Estimated Delivery Date communicated as above, however, at times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Fresh N Fine is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as Fresh N Fine continuously tries to nought such instances. Also, Fresh N Fine reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s).
Address Change
You can change the delivery address of your order only if the order is in Confirmed or Pending status and none of the item(s) purchased in the order are shipped. However, if there are any variations in the charges/taxes (if any) applied for the original delivery address used while placing the order v/s the delivery address to be updated, the request for updating the delivery address might not be accepted.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Typically, deliveries take between 7 - 10 business days from the date of shipment.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and the destination.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation on your accont once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. The specific carrier for your shipment will be chosen based on the delivery address and shipping method selected.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Customer care with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
If your order is lost in transit, please reach out to us, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
